Change Project / Delivery Manager

Mission 

Facilitate the effective delivery of change effectively within HHF ensuring that business outcomes are delivered in the most effective and efficient way.

Key responsibilities

• Apply standard project management tools and techniques to define and manage the delivery of change in line with business priorities. 

• Create and maintain a change portfolio delivery plan to enable informed decision making regarding resource planning, business risk management, scheduling conflicts and interdependences.

• Facilitate the definition of a project including the business requirements definition and solution design as well as detailed delivery planning.

• Facilitate the delivery of robust and compelling Business Case or Steering Packs that enable informed decision making.

• Deliver change through others creating effective project delivery teams from all business disciplines including the management of 3rd party suppliers (IT and Business) and 3rd Party customers/ partners.

Skills/Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience delivering end to end change in a financial services organization with clear delivery of agreed business outcomes. Ideally will hold APM or Prince 2 practitioner qualification.

• Experience of planning, managing and reporting project delivery in MSP, Smartsheet or similar.

• Competent in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.

• Education to minimum of ‘A’ level standard or equivalent.

• Mathematics and English Language GCSE standard to a level of A* to C (or equivalent).
