Payouts Administrator

Due to an increasing volume of work, our market leading company is now looking for an additional person to join the team. This accounts/administration role is in a fast paced, target driven environment perfect for those who are detail focused.


  • Process deals accurately and send to Funders within agreed SLAs
  • Process deals on internal portfolio within agreed SLAs
  • Liaise with supporting departments to answer queries and remittances
  • Carry out equipment delivery checks
  • Maintain accurate records of activity

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • GCSE English at Maths (Grade A-C);
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer literacy including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Professional attitude
  • Solutions mindset
  • Accountancy experience desirable
  • Experience with SAGE desirable
  • Experience in a regulated Financial Services environment is preferred but not essential as full training will be given

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
