Pre-Sales Technical Consultant

Mission

Champion our technology platform and capability during partner engagement, on-boarding and throughout the life of a partner relationship. Supporting our sales teams to deliver a high quality and consistent product demonstration and technology vision, driving partner adoption and engagement. Identifying areas to embed our technology platform and capability within partner organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Presenting our technology platform and vision to technical, business and C level audiences.

• Providing assistance and knowledge during the discovery phase of new sales opportunities.

• Providing tailored solution demonstrations to address partner business challenges.

• Demonstrating our platform API and answering detailed technical questions.

• Development and maintenance of technology platform training materials and collateral.

• Working closely with the on-boarding team to provide a smooth and consistent transition experience.

• Providing on-going product support for partner network.

• Providing train the trainer style product training to Sales teams and other areas of the business. • Providing feedback and requirements to the product team.

Skills/Qualifications

• Experience in software sales in a field presales environment.

• Ability to interpret customer/partner needs and challenges and provide a tailored demonstration to suit.

• Ability to develop strong partner relationships.

• Comfortable championing our technology platform to C level audiences.

• High level of technical understanding, particularly with web applications, relational data structures, software architecture, integration and API’s.

• Ability to develop detailed training material.

• Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience working in financial services is desirable.
