Sales Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has opened up within our growing Asset Department. We are looking for Sales Coordinators to join our hard working and enthusiastic Asset team reporting into our Sales Support Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the correspondence between Account Managers and their clients.
  • Process Sales leads
  • Monitor customer accounts
  • Provide data and reports to support the Account Managers
  • Track sales targetsnormal;background:white'>Process credit applications in line with company policy
  • Record all transaction and communication details in the appropriate system to ensure team visibility
  • Prepare transaction documentation accurately and accordingly to company SLAs
  • Complete transaction files and communicate requirements in a timely fashion with particular emphasis on a ‘right first time’ approach
  • Obtain credit acceptances by liaising with Underwriters and/or HHF panel of funders for transactions
