Payouts Team Leader / Funding Team Leader

We are looking for a self-motivated driven individual with an eye for detail to lead our Payouts team. Responsibilities

  • Manage the Payouts team to process deals accurately and within agreed service level agreements
  • Process deals through internal systems and send to Funders
  • Deal with external queries and remittances
  • Liaise with Sales and Sales Support departments regarding queries and processing to ensure deals are paid out on time
  • Carry out equipment delivery checks
  • Maintain up to date records of deals processed through the system
  • Ensure team follow all Group processes and procedures and delivers work to deadlines and agreed service level agreements
  • Check bank accounts and record Broker receipts
  • Make payments to suppliers from broker deals once payment is received
  • Record commission payments from the bank account
  • Reconcile and liaise with the Finance department to ensure the payments to suppliers are correct
  • Review all internal team processes and procedures with a view to delivering enhancements where applicable
  • Manage performance, attendance and time keeping of the Payouts team
  • Coach and encourage team to achieve department and individual objectives
